Family Genealogy Update and Family Reunion Plans

Saturday Mass 5:00 p.m.
It is a Potluck dinner at 12:30 p.m. !! Please plan to bring
enough food and table service for your family, two of your favorite
dishes one hot and/or one cold to share for
the potluck dinner.
Everyone is responsible for his or her own beverage.
Please invite your children and grandchildren of this reunion. This is
to include all generations.
We will be asking for $7.50 per family to cover the cost of the hall, and other expenses.
A time for taking pictures, family story telling and visiting
will be from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. we will also explain this Schauls
genealogy as much as we know it. With
cleanup starting at 4:45 p.m. Each family is welcome to share
history, pictures, and events of their individual family genealogy. I
will be making a very large banner with
all the Schauls information as I have on it.
Current plans are to take a full group picture of all Schauls in attendance at 1:00 p.m. Cleanup starting at 4:15 p.m.
I hope to put a book together or computer CD
after the reunion sometime, with the Schauls information and will make
it available to any one interested. But we will need all
family information to be up to date; we also need family
stories, especially family stories of any family members born during the
1940's and before. Stories that are put
together for those special anniversaries like 25th, 40th, or
50th, anniversaries also stories put together for those special
birthdays 65th, 70th, 80th, birthdays, would be
wonderful to include. Stories that bring us from our childhood
to present day will be needed to make a book project productive. Any
old and new pictures you may have to share
can be copied and returned or make copies ahead of time to
share.
Does anyone know of a contact person in the family of Peter Schauls, born about 1858 & wife Kate Loungville? If you do
please advise them of this reunion and send me their name and address.
